泰沂山区16个苹果品种不套袋栽培试验

摘要:

为筛选出适合不套袋栽培的苹果品种,对蒙阴地区栽培的16个苹果品种进行果实不套袋和套袋试验,从果实的外观品质和内在品质等指标进行系统的比较分析。结果表明,岳冠苹果不套袋果实的色差L*、a*、C*值分别为51.83、26.22、20.96,比套袋果分别提高8.0%、0.88%和0.24%,岳艳、岳华和太平洋嘎拉着色和果面光洁度较好;比较16个品种的可溶性固形物含量、可滴定酸含量、葡萄糖含量、蔗糖含量和果糖含量等指标发现,可溶性固形物含量以不套袋果实高于套果实的品种有14个,望香红的最高为16.61%;16个品种中,岳冠的可滴定酸和葡萄糖含量位居第1位,蔗糖和果糖的含量中等偏上;望香红的果糖含量位居第1位。综合分析,岳冠和望香红是适合泰沂山区发展的不套袋栽培品种。

Abstract:

To select apple varieties suitable for bagging-free cultivation,a comparative experiment involving bagged and non-bagged fruits was conducted on 16 apple varieties grown in the Mengyin region.A systematic analysis was carried out based on indicators of external and internal fruit quality.The results showed that for the Yueguan apple variety,the color difference values L,C,and a of non-bagged fruits were 51.83,26.22 and 20.96,respectively,which were8.0%,0.88% and 0.24%,higher than those of bagged fruits.Yueyan,Yuehua,and Pacific Gala also exhibited good coloration and fruit surface smoothness.A comparison of indicators such as soluble solids,titratable acid,glucose,sucrose,and fructose among the 16 varieties revealed that soluble solids content was higher in non-bagged fruits than in bagged fruits for 14 varieties,with Wangxianghong having the highest value at 16.61%.Yueguan ranked first among the 16 varieties in terms of titratable acid and glucose content,while its sucrose and fructose contents were moderately high.Wangxianghong had the highest fructose content among all varieties.Based on comprehensive analysis,Yueguan and Wangxianghong were apple cultivars suitable for bag-free cultivation in the Taiyi Mountain Area.
