当前，中国的苹果栽培面积和产量均居世界首位，栽培区域逐步集中，品种结构有所改善，产业化水平不断提高，但总体而言，中国苹果产业大而不强、产业效率低、综合竞争力弱。中国苹果产业突出的问题是果实总体品质欠佳、生产成本过高、品种结构单一、果园基础条件较差、异常气候导致的自然灾害发生频繁。中国苹果产业的出路是高质量发展，主要内涵是在可持续发展的基础上通过提升果实品质、降低生产成本、增加单产水平和采后降耗增值实现产业效益的增加。

The cultivation areas are gradually concentrated, the variety structure has improved, and the level of industrialization is constantly improving. However, the current situation of China's apple industry is large but not strong, low industrial efficiency, and weak comprehensive competitiveness. The prominent problems in China's apple industry are overall poor fruit quality, high production costs, single variety structure, poor orchard basic conditions, and frequent natural disasters caused by abnormal climate. The development of China's apple industry in the future is high-quality development, the main connotation of which is to achieve an increase in industrial benefits through improving fruit quality, reducing production costs, increasing yield levels, and post harvest consumption reduction and value-added on the basis of sustainable development.
